  Hired them to do an end of lease clean at my house and they lost the key I left out for them and left a key for a different property in its place. I left a single key there, and the key they left had a key tag attached with another address written on it. They would take no responsibility, and try to say it was my fault the key went missing. They were the only ones who new where the key was and there is no way someone else could have swapped the key.

  I will not use this service again. Was not called 30 minutes before they arrived and was made to feel as though I "inconvenienced" them because "I" was late and "they have other jobs to do". I showed them my apartment - left unhappy as when I showed them my apartment I was told "$320 was too cheap for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and they would not be able to do what I was invoiced for." My apartment was very clean. I had an exit report conducted by my real estate agent so it was never going to take them much elbow grease - majority was already done!
  
  I received a phone call 15 minutes before they had "finished" I came back to check the place. I was not happy with the clean. They did not clean the window/door tracks or frames - as stated in the bond clean they should - had to get them back in to do that. It did not appear as though they had cleaned the sliding door glass either.
  Upon looking at the place there was sticks and leaves from outside that had blown in that was not cleaned after they closed the door.
  
  Despite booking a bond clean - I don't believe they went over any tiles/screens in the bathroom. The cleaners believed that $320 was too cheap - I believe $320 was too expensive for what I received.
  
  Overall, not happy. Not happy with the service as I phoned Saturday very unhappy and have still not received a phone call from the business.
